The dealership emphasized the urgency of completing the transaction by the year’s end, which caused my wife to cut her holiday trip short to assist. However, several issues arose during the process that completely eroded my trust:1. Misleading Information: I was initially shown incomplete pictures of the vehicle that failed to disclose transport damage. When I demanded transparency, Tyrone admitted there was damage to the roof rail but denied any other issues. Later photos revealed deep scratches on the door frame, which he failed to acknowledge or explain.2. Failure to Address Concerns: Despite repeated requests for 360-degree photos, I only received inadequate, partial images that did not provide a clear understanding of the vehicle's condition.3. Unanswered Questions: Basic details such as the vehicle’s VIN, a damage/repair report, and warranty specifics were not provided despite multiple follow-ups.Considering the lack of transparency and professionalism, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you value honesty and straightforward communication, I suggest looking elsewhere. ”

“ I’ve had the most terrible experience with the service department. Between being told misinformation and the miscommunication this has been the most difficult dealership i’ve ever encountered. I have been calling almost every hour just to get an update with for my car and I haven’t been able to speak to anyone. My service advisor has also been no one at all. ”

Months later I am having consistent issues with this vehicle from Len Stoler Lexus. You’d think luxury vehicles would have a higher standard but at this point a car is a car. The team didn’t show any interest in trying to resolve the issue. Customer service has fallen since I’ve purchased from the Owings Mills location. I hate to say, if you aren’t dressed the part or look alike customer service is diminished. ”

The roof was damaged and they sold it to me without any spare tire or the equipment to change a flat. Even the mounting for the tire was not there. They said ma'am its a used car and you bought it a year ago and hung up on me. DONT BUY AT ANYTHING FROM LEN STOLER (STOLER IS A GOOD NAME FOR THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE THEIVES. ”
